How the service works

  • Fill in the details below
  • Post your arrows to us
  • We will perform the X-Pine calibration service
  • We will return your calibrated arrows with guidance arrow wraps showing where to place the guide (cock) vane for optimal performance
  • Shafts are accompanied with an official certificate, confirming your shafts have been precision-calibrated using X-Pine’s advanced machine parameters
  • Shipped in 2-3 working days
See description below for full details or visit https://www.x-pine.com/(opens in new tab) for more information.
Indicate the bowstyle these arrows are to be used for
Please state whether you shoot left or right handed.
- For the X-Pine service, only send hollow, bare shafts. Fletchings and components must be removed before we can callibrate.
- Arrow shafts must be new. Older shafts may have hidden damage which can cause them to break during calibration.
- The arrow shafts must be from the same spine and the same batch, and cut to the same length, with perfectly flat and clean-cut ends.
- The maximum length of any arrow shaft to be calibrated with X-Pine™ is 32 inches.
- They must not be fletched, fragile, damaged, broken, or solid shafts.
- Arrow shafts should be cut to their final length. To ensure no factory imperfections, it is recommended to cut at least 1/4" from the back end of Carbon and Aluminium/Carbon shafts.
- Send your arrow shafts to us, well packaged by insured, trackable post. Include your name, telephone number and order number with the parcel.

Description

X‑Pine Arrow Calibration Service A premium, physics‑driven tuning process engineered to deliver identical arrow behavior, tighter groupings, and record‑breaking consistency — trusted by world‑class archers and built on hard data, not guesswork.

🎯 Core Value: Precision That Starts Before Fletching

X‑Pine’s calibration service identifies the true dominant weak spine of every arrow shaft across a full 360° range, under identical, repeatable conditions. This matters because every factory shaft bends differently when accelerated — and that inconsistency is one of the biggest hidden causes of poor grouping.

By decoding each shaft’s physics before fletching, X‑Pine determines the optimal guide‑vane placement for maximum stability, uniform flex, and predictable flight. The result: every arrow launches, bends, and flies the same way.

⚙️ How It Works

  • Advanced machinery + electronics calibrate up to a dozen shafts simultaneously.
  • Each arrow is tested under replicated acceleration forces to reveal its natural bending direction (weak spine).
  • X‑Pine aligns all shafts to bend identically, eliminating a major variable in arrow flight.
  • You receive your dozen arrows with a precise alignment mark showing exactly where to place the guide vane.
  • Every set comes with an official calibration certificate, confirming your shafts meet X‑Pine’s machine‑verified standards.

📈 Proven Performance Gains

X‑Pine’s data‑driven calibration dramatically improves grouping consistency:

  • Recurve archers: group diameter reduced by 40%
  • Compound archers: group diameter reduced by 80%

These improvements come from eliminating random shaft behavior — giving you a setup that performs the same today, tomorrow, and every shot after.

🧠 Why It Matters

When an arrow is shot, it experiences around 523 G’s of acceleration, causing it to flex violently. The nock moves first, the point moves last — and in that tiny moment, the direction of flex determines where the arrow will land.

If every shaft bends differently, your grouping suffers. If every shaft bends the same, your accuracy skyrockets.

X‑Pine gives you that consistency.

🚀 Designed by Archers, for Archers

Whether you shoot Olympic recurve, compound, barebow, or traditional, X‑Pine’s calibration gives you:

  • Uniform arrow behavior
  • Predictable flight paths
  • Reduced tuning time
  • Confidence in every shot
  • A technological advantage backed by physics and statistical modeling

This is not a guesswork method. It’s a mathematically proven, data‑driven, record‑breaking calibration system.

⭐ The Promise

X‑Pine is a one‑time process with a lifetime impact. Your arrows become a matched set — consistent, certified, and ready to perform.
